How to have your data deleted.
Whoever you are, there’s a way to remove what we, or a business using Vantage, hold about you. Most take one email or one click.

Ask us
Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, and say what you’d like deleted: an enquiry, a WhatsApp conversation with us, or your business’s records.
We’ll delete it, including the copies our digital staff keep while working, and email you when it’s done. We normally reply within a few days, and always within 30. No form and no fee.
We keep only what tax law makes us keep for seven years (invoices and payments), and we tell you if that applies.
If your business uses Vantage
Your business’s information lives on its own box (or, without a box, on your own desktop), not with us. You can delete records in Vantage as you go.
Before you stop using DigiStaff, take a copy in Vantage with Get a copy of your data. Then email us and we’ll delete everything on the box with you, and confirm it in writing.
Remove a connected tool
In Vantage, open Settings, then Connected tools, choose the tool and remove it. The box deletes that tool’s key at once and stops reading from it.
You can also remove Vantage at the service itself. That stops it working straight away, even if you can’t reach Vantage:
- Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp: in Facebook, Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations, then remove Vantage.
- Google (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Business Profile): at myaccount.google.com/connections, choose Vantage, then delete its connections.
- Microsoft (Outlook, Calendar, Teams): for a personal account at account.live.com/consent/Manage; for a work account at myapplications.microsoft.com.
- Square, Stripe, GoCardless and PayPal: in that service’s dashboard, under its connected or installed apps, remove Vantage.
Removing a tool deletes its key. Emails and messages already brought into Vantage stay with your business’s records until you delete them, or ask us to.
If you’re a customer of a business that uses Vantage
If you messaged, emailed or called a business that uses Vantage, that business holds your conversation on its own box. It decides what is kept, so ask it to delete it. We’ll help the business do it.
We can’t see that business’s customers, so we can’t look you up ourselves. More on how client data stays on the box.
